The Dell XPS 13 (9300, 2020) marked a major redesign for the XPS 13 line, moving to a 16:10 InfinityEdge display and slimmer bezels. The configuration covered here pairs a 10th-generation Intel Core i7-1065G7 with Intel Iris Plus integrated graphics.
Dell offered this generation with up to 32GB of LPDDR4x-3733 memory and up to 2TB of PCIe NVMe storage, topped by a 13.4-inch UHD+ display (3840x2400) — one of the sharpest panels available on an ultrabook at the time. A 52Wh battery routinely delivered over 12 hours in real-world testing.
At 1.27 kg, the XPS 13 9300 set the template that most of Dell's subsequent XPS 13 generations followed. It launched at around $1,249 for this configuration.
